Your arrival is handled from Florence-Peretola onwards: private aviation meet-and-greet, cars at the steps, luggage and staff escorted.

Each member of the family receives the protection that suits them: an officer for the principal, a female officer for Madame and the teenage daughters, a closer presence for the youngest. The instructions are written with you — who may approach the children, who may photograph them, who may collect them — and applied with a smile.
Days of acquisition — jewellery, couture, watches — unfold between le Ponte Vecchio and les collines du Chianti: our officers escort purchases and valuable deliveries all the way to the safe.

Can your female officers accompany Madame in Florence?
Yes. Our female officers accompany shopping, spa, beach and outings with friends, with the bearing of a companion — the configuration our Gulf families request most.
How do you protect children without frightening them?
Through a familiar, stable presence: the same officer for the whole stay, introduced as a companion. The security rules are invisible to the child — they apply around him, never upon him.
Do you also protect the staff travelling with us?
Yes. Governesses, nannies, house managers and chauffeurs enjoy the same protection on their errands — their safety conditions yours.
